To put them on, simply put your hand through one loop, wrap the strap under the bar, and then put your hand through the opposite loop. To grip the bar, reach inward toward the centerline to maintain tension in the straps. The padded Figure 8 Lifting Straps are designed to keep you in better contact with the bar than traditional straps with a double-loop design. It’s worth noting that there’s no quick-release option.
